USA Elite TEAM – 10 Days
Who it’s for
Competitive players 14–18 who are selected (invitation-only) through our pathway (Camps / Training Week / Trials) or via a successful application. If chosen, you’ll get daily high-intensity team training, match exposure against professional academies, and be scouted by professionals—within a fully professional European environment.

· Invitation-only, selection-based roster: Players are scouted and selected through our pathway or application review. This is not open enrollment.
· UEFA-licensed coaching: Daily work under UEFA-licensed coaches and a high-level European training culture (standards, habits, tactical detail).
· Real opposition: At least 3 friendlies vs professional youth academies — match exposure against professionals.
· Scouted by professionals: Presence of scouts/coaches/technical staff at sessions and games; structured staff check-ins.

What happens in your 10 days
· Daily training blocks (team principles, units/position detail, set pieces, transitions).
· Match exposure: 3+ friendlies vs professional academies (age-matched).
· Scouting & staff touchpoints: daily evaluations; alignment on goals and next steps.
· Team culture: punctuality, standards, communication—how a competitive European squad operates.
· Recovery & meetings: readiness checks, film/board sessions when available, pre/post-match briefs.
What you take away

· Clear next-step guidance within our pathway (e.g., Trials or Training Week) based on your performances and adaptation.

Proven footprint & expansion
In 2024, 16 players from the USA and 4 accompanying parents joined our 10-day program in Katerini, experiencing the full rhythm of a European pre-season. The team faced AEL FC, ARIS FC U19, and Ethnikos Katerini U17 in friendly matches, showcasing their level in authentic professional settings.
We continue to select opponents and environments that faithfully mirror the demands of European football.
Eligibility & Intake

Safety & Standards
Licensed coaches, appropriate ratios, insurance/waivers, safeguarding, venue contingency, and a clear code of conduct.
Parents/Family Travel (Optional)
Parents are welcome to travel and stay nearby; we provide guidance on accommodation & logistics (separate from the player package).

• USA Elite TEAM → (evaluations & recommendations) → Trials for Professional Opportunities (Europe) or Youth Academy Training Week (Greece) — depending on your level, readiness, and staff feedback.
• The USA Elite TEAM serves as a bridge within the EESC pathway, helping selected players progress toward professional trials or academy integration opportunities based on performance and fit.
