In order to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679/EU) – GDPR and the Greek Legislation (Law 4624/2019), European Elite Soccer Camps takes appropriate organizational and technical measures including obligations such as:

1. Informing natural persons before taking photos or videos and when collecting them.

In particular, in each invitation to participate in an event, any photography or videography is mentioned, and in any case, before collecting any kind of photos and videos, European Elite Soccer Camps informs the data subjects of its Privacy Policy, the collection and processing of data.

The entry of the natural person into the premises of an event and the publication of photographs and videos by the data subject himself to European Elite Soccer Camps, after being informed, as ensured by the above actions, is taken as his consent, and therefore justifies the first recording and the first collection and storage of the material.

The relevant standard form of consent is provided by European Elite Soccer Camps and may be revoked at any time at the request of the data subject addressed to European Elite Soccer Camps.

European Elite Soccer Camps always takes into account:

the lawful receipt and management of consents. The collection of consents in itself is also processing of personal data. The usual way is to collect them in paper form and they should be retained so that when an individual requests their removal, this can be done. If minor children are shown in the images (photos, videos) taken, parental consent should be sought if the images are used for another purpose.

the distinction of individuals who have not given consent from others in cases of group events. It is obvious that in a mass event it is not easy to obtain consent and it is not appropriate to take images (photographs, videos) capturing details of individuals who have not given consent. In this case,European Elite Soccer Camps takes the necessary measures to make use of generic image frames that do not distinguish personal characteristics of persons who have not given their consent and uses techniques in taking and/or displaying images (photos and videos) without requiring consent. 3. In the case of close-ups, face blurring techniques are used for those without consent. 4. Distant shots (long shots, drone shots from above, etc. ) where faces are proven not to be visible.

3. Ensuring the rights of individuals to their personal data.

It is possible that personal data of website visitors may be collected through these add-ons and linked to the respective service. European Elite Soccer Camps itself does not collect any personal data through the social network add-ons or the use thereof. This solution ensures that personal data is not automatically sent to the providers of the relevant social network add-ons when you visit our website. If you click on one of the icons of additional social networks, the providers may collect and store data. If you do not click on any of the icons, there will be no transmission of your data to the provider of the relevant additional social network. You can find more information about the Shariff solution on the following website: https://github.com/heiseonline/shariff  Once you click on a social network add-on, the relevant provider will receive the information that you have visited the relevant page from our website. You should be aware that you do not need to have a user account with that service or be logged in to do so. However, in case you have a user account on that service and you were already logged in when you visited our website, the data collected by the social network plugin will be automatically linked to your account. If you do not want the data to be linked to your profile on the service, you will need to log out of your account before clicking on the social network add-on. You should be aware that European Elite Soccer Camps has no influence on whether and to what extent service providers collect personal data. We do not know the scope, purpose or retention period of the data they collect. We would, however, like to point out that at least the Internet Protocol (IP) address and information about your device is collected and used by social media plug-ins.
