matched to your position, level, and timing.

Clear outcomes (no promises): We don’t promise contracts. If the club wants you, they move to a contract with a clear project/role (we support the process). If they don’t, there is no alternative option within this service.
What happens in your tryout window
3–5 days (typical), extendable as needed:
Full First-Team integrarion: training and tactical sessions with the First Team.
Game-speed assessments: internal games/controlled scenarios the club uses to make decisions.
Staff touchpoints: short checkpoints for expectations and performance markers.
EESC support: on-ground coordination and communication with the club throughout the process.
What you take away
Club Decision (core deliverable): a yes/no outcome from the club. Regardless of the decision, the club (through us) will explain the rationale behind it. You do not receive a detailed
evaluation report – that type of reporting is typically reserved for younger ages.
Fees & What’s Included
Included:
• Approximately one-week First-Team pro tryout (timing varies by club, may include participation in a friendly game depending on schedule and staff decision).
· Full First-Team integration (training/tactical sessions per club plan).
· On-ground EESC coordination & liaison with club staff.
· Club decision (yes/no) with rationale communicated via EESC.
· Contracting & onboarding support if you receive an offer (your entry into Europe’s professional market).
· Professional accommodation during the tryout period.
· Airport transfers in Europe (arrival & departure).
· Local ground transport between accommodation ↔ club facilities during the tryout.
· Travel/medical insurance and any required medicals during the tryout period.
Not Included:
Air tickets (international flights). Visa/work permits & federation registrations (if
required; club-dependent).
Meals and personal expenses not specified by the club/package.
Filming/video (tryouts are club-confidential unless explicitly permitied).

Proven footprint & expansion
We collaborate with professional clubs across Europe and schedule fit-based First-Team tryouts aligned with club calendars and your readiness.
Since 2023, five (5) players have completed First-Team pro tryouts through EESC across three (3) professional clubs in Greece, and one (1) has signed a professional contract. We are highly selective: we do not send players unless they meet our readiness and club-fit thresholds.
Eligibility & Intake

· Age: typically 18+ (with exceptions for outstanding profiles).
· Guardian consent required for minors (where applicable).
Safety & Standards
Licensed coaches, insurance/waivers, club rules & safeguarding, venue contingency, and a clear code of conduct. Recording is rarely allowed during tryouts; any footage is strictly club-dependent.
Your pathway after the Trials
Trials → Club Decision: Contract Offer (with a clear project/role – we support the contracting process) or No Offer (the process concludes; no further option within this service).

• Will I train with the first team? Yes – all sessions are with the First Team.
• How long is a tryout? Typically 3–5 days; clubs may extend based on performance.
• Will I get video? Usually, no – tryouts are confidential and filming is club-dependent.
When will I receive feedback? You will receive the club’s positive or negative decision, with an explanation of the rationale. No detailed evaluation report is provided (that is more common with younger ages).
• Accommodation & logistics? We coordinate with the club to ensure fully professional conditions so you focus only on the pitch. Details (hotel, local transport, supervision for minors) are shared prior to travel.

We run a clear pathway for players from first evaluation in the United States to camps, high-level training, trials, and match exposure in Europe.
