Who it’s for
Ambitious players 14–18 who want to experience a real European professional youth academy from the inside, train daily with licensed professional coaches, and understand exactly where they stand in a competitive team environment.

What happens in your week
Monday–Friday (5 days, typical academy microcycle):
· Full integration in team sessions: warm-ups, technical-tactical work, units/position detail, set pieces, transitions.
· Coaching & evaluation by the host academy staff: daily work with licensed professional coaches; evaluation is conducted by the academy’s coaching staff, alongside EESC observations and guidance.
· Team culture & expectations: punctuality, communication, intensity, resilience, and how a pro academy actually operates.
· Situational learning: depending on the first team’s schedule, you may have the opportunity to attend a match, a friendly, or a first-team training (when available and permitted).
· Daily check-ins: short touchpoints to align focus and answer questions.
What you take away
· EESC Performance Summary (core deliverable): a clear reflection of where you stood inside the squad, what translated well, and what must improve to progress—including a specific Next-Step Recommendation toward Europe through one of our services (e.g., Trials for Professional Opportunities, USA Elite TEAM, or Tournament Team Creation for European events) and, where relevant, guidance on the academic/college route.

· Placement for an approximately one-week immersion as a temporary squad member.
· Daily training with licensed professional coaches (per academy schedule).
· Coaching & evaluation by the host academy staff (+ EESC observations/guidance).
· EESC Performance Summary with a Next-Step Recommendation.
· Daily check-ins with EESC.
· Accommodation & meals in fully professional conditions.
· Local ground transport (hotel ↔ facilities) during the week.
· Airport transfers in Europe (arrival & departure).
· Travel/medical insurance and any medical expenses during the program period.
· On-site EESC coordination and safeguarding standards.
Not Included
· Air tickets (international flights) — player/family responsibility.
· Visa costs & travel documents (if required).
· Personal expenses (laundry, snacks, etc.).
· Optional Add-Ons (College Consulting, Debrief Call, Micro-Cycle).

· College Recruiting Consulting (extra fee) – NCAA/NAIA eligibility, timelines, target-school strategy, placement guidance
· Post-Week 1:1 Debrief Video Call (extra fee) with your family (up to 1–2 hours)

· Pro-Readiness Micro-Cycle (4–6 weeks) (extra fee) – individualized training plan
Proven footprint & expansion
We partner with professional youth academies in Greece and align weekly schedules to ensure meaningful integration. Since 2023, thirteen (13) players have completed a Youth Academy Training Week through EESC with clubs such as Asteras Tripolis FC, Athens Kallithea FC, OFI FC, and Panathinaikos FC. We continue to expand our footprint with additional academy partners to match player profiles and timing.

· Age: 14–18.
· Guardian consent required for minors.
Safety & Standards
Licensed coaches, appropriate ratios, insurance/waivers, club rules & safeguarding, venue contingency, and a clear code of conduct.
Your pathway after the Training Week
Training Week → (performance summary & plan) → Trials for Professional Opportunities (Europe) or USA Elite TEAM – Katerini or Tournament Teams for European events — and during Trials there is always the possibility of a contract offer from the club if there’s a true fit and you meet their standards.
Quick FAQs
• Is this a trial? No—this is immersive training as a temporary squad member. Trials can follow through your next-step plan.
• Will I play matches? The focus is on the training microcycle. There is a possibility of playing a friendly game (scrimmage/controlled) depending on the academy’s schedule. No official matches are guaranteed.
• Can I attend first-team activities? Depending on the first team’s schedule and permissions, you may have the opportunity to attend a match, a friendly, or a first-team training.
• Will I get video? Only if permitted by the host academy. Your main deliverable is the Performance Summary with a Next-Step Recommendation.
• When will I receive my report? Reports are delivered several weeks after your Training Week, in scheduled batches later in the season. They are not immediate.
• Accommodation & meals? Our company ensures fully professional conditions for accommodation and meals, so you have everything you need to feel like a professional and focus only on the pitch. Full details (hotel, rooming, meal plan, supervision) are shared before departure.
